The successful candidate will:

• Manage and Lead implementation projects. Banking and financial products knowledge is required. Clients are mainly located in Asia Pacific. Extensive Travel is required.
• Be responsible for the Risk Management (ALM, Liquidity and Market Risk) projects in the AP region. * Manage and work with any third party partners and vendors in the delivery of the solution.
• Address project/business issues raised during meetings.
• Speak to senior management of the bank and escalate project issues.
• Be able to present well.

Requirements:
Education

• Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Banking/IT Experience and Knowledge

Essential:

• The candidate must have proven experience in at least 3 full implementations of Banking projects in the AP region.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in an IT company delivering financial software or within a bank.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products and financial instruments
• Experience in delivering consultancy, training and presentations to external parties
• Experience with financial software, financial data warehousing and relational database conceptual knowledge.
• IT background, understand bank's source systems
• Program/Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, etc)

Desirable:

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
• Financial or Risk Management professional certification (FRM, PRM, CFA, etc)
• Experience in Treasury systems
• Experience and knowledge in financial risk management areas (ALM, Liquidity, Market Risk, Basel, Operational Risk, etc) Personal qualifications
• Possess excellent working attitude and demonstrate willingness to put in extra effort to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication (written and oral)
• Self-confident, responsible, methodical and organised
• Persuasive, excellent in customer facing
• Team player
• Full availability to travel within the Asia Pacific region
