Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Job Summary

• Establish a positive relationship and interaction with member, handle administrative work related to membership, act as a liason between Club and members, coordinate with MRE for events, promotion, and activities.

2. Job Tasks (Duties)

• Strong focus on relationship development with membership base, especially those who frequent the club.
• Data entry into the system.
• File documents and other admin duties assigned from time to time
• Make telephone calls to members for update of particulars and follow-up
• Handle members calls and emails on enquiries/ feedbacks/ real-time service during sales as well as post-sales support
• Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time by acting as a central point of contact for members
• Provide members feedback to management in order to continuously improve the membership experience
• Resolve members issues and complaints with utmost care and respect and negotiating a satisfactory resolution
• Serve as a liaison between the members and various internal departments in regards to events and the technical issues
• Plans and conducts Club tours
• Conducts regular service contacts, by telephone or mail correspondence.
• Co-ordinates and be on top of Club marketing efforts, events, promotions and activities including disseminating such information to members
• Interact with members
• Acts as focal point for all enquiries, complaints, information and correspondence relating to the Club
• Manages car-park system
• Understands Club’s rules, regulations and by-laws ensuring that members are kept informed
• Responsible for effective communication between the club and members.

Persyaratan Pengalaman :

Having experience minimum 1 year in the same position, preferably experienced in Hospitality Industry.

Keahlian :

1. Good communication skills and people oriented.
2. Good English skills both oral and written
3. Computer literate

Kualifikasi :

1. Female
2. Age between 23 – 28 years
3. Good performance
4. Strong motivation
5. Ability to work under pressure and with minor supervision.
